All our shipments are sent from the UK (apart from some accessories and clothing which come from the States - these are clearly marked on the product detail page). For those outside of the UK, customs or tax fees may be applicable.

EUROPE
** We are currently unable to ship to the EU. The new GPSR regulations require an extremely high level of documentation and product testing. For a small company like ours, with many different products for sale, the costs involved in meeting the regulations are prohibative. We're looking into different ways that we can manage the GPSR burden, but for now, we're really sorry – we can't ship orders to any EU countries. **

EU VAT
We are now regsitered for an IOSS number, which allows us to collect and remit the tax on your behalf. You just place your order, and leave the rest to us!
This means:
- No hold up at customs
